These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "the customer") and H2osim ("H2osim", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of this website and the eSIM services offered through it (the "Service"). By accessing the website, placing an order, or activating an eSIM purchased from us, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • eSIM — a digital SIM profile delivered as a QR code that you install on a compatible device.
  • Local number — a phone number associated with an eSIM that can receive SMS and incoming calls in its country of issue, subject to network availability.
  • Order — a request to purchase one or more eSIM products through the website.
  • Delivery channel — the Telegram account whose username you provide at checkout, to which we send your eSIM and instructions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into a contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for ensuring that using an eSIM and a local number is lawful in your country and in the country where the number is issued.

3. The Service we provide

H2osim is an independent marketplace that resells eSIM data and number plans provided by third-party mobile network operators and aggregators. Depending on the product, an eSIM may provide mobile data, a local number for receiving SMS and incoming calls, or both. Coverage, supported networks, speeds, and the availability of voice or SMS features depend entirely on the underlying operators and the country concerned, and may change without notice.

We do not control the mobile networks. We do not guarantee a specific phone number, a specific network, a particular connection speed, or that any individual SMS or call will be successfully delivered to you. Numbers are assigned from available inventory and may differ from any example shown on the website.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the website in the displayed currency and include any applicable fees stated at checkout. We may update prices and product availability at any time; the price that applies is the one confirmed at the time your order is accepted. Orders are reviewed and processed manually. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example where we suspect fraud, abuse, a pricing error, or a breach of these Terms — and to refund any amount paid in such a case.

5. Delivery

Your eSIM QR code and activation instructions are delivered to the Telegram username you provide at checkout. You are solely responsible for entering a correct username and for configuring your Telegram privacy settings so that we can message you. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect username, blocked messages, or a deleted account. If we cannot reach you within a reasonable period, we may treat the order as undeliverable.

6. Activation and device compatibility

eSIMs require a compatible, carrier-unlocked device with eSIM support. Before purchasing, it is your responsibility to confirm that your device is compatible. An eSIM profile can usually be installed only once; once installed or activated it is bound to that device. We are not responsible for problems arising from incompatible, locked, or misconfigured devices.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service and any number lawfully and not to use it to:

  • commit fraud, impersonate another person, or evade lawful identity checks where they are legally required;
  • send, solicit or receive content that is illegal, or to facilitate harassment, threats, spam or any criminal activity;
  • violate the terms of any platform, bank or service you access using the number;
  • resell, sublicense or transfer the eSIM or number without our written consent;
  • interfere with, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its infrastructure or other users.

You are solely responsible for how you use the number and for any account you register or verify with it. Breaching this section may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and we may cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

8. Anonymity and your responsibilities

We do not require identity documents to purchase. "Anonymous" refers to our purchase process and does not mean that your activity on third-party platforms is untraceable, nor that any use of a number is lawful. You remain fully responsible for complying with all applicable laws and third-party terms.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: an unused, unactivated eSIM may qualify for a refund, while activated eSIMs and consumed plans are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the product was faulty.

10. Third-party networks and services

The Service depends on mobile operators and on Telegram, which are independent third parties governed by their own terms. We are not liable for outages, restrictions, throttling, deactivation of a number by an operator, or changes to third-party services that affect your eSIM.

11. Intellectual property

The website, its content, design, logos and trademarks are owned by H2osim or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the website only for its intended purpose. You may not copy, scrape, or reproduce material from the website without our written permission.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or that a number will work with any particular third-party service. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H2osim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunity or access to third-party accounts, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless H2osim from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, and cancel undelivered orders, if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service, other users, or to comply with law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its "Last updated" date. Material changes take effect when posted; continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

Mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies to your purchase and is not affected by these Terms. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably — please contact us on Telegram first so we can help.
